Summit Industrial Park
Suffolk Lane, Gardner, Massachusetts
The Summit Industrial Park was developed in 1997/98 by the Gardner Redevelopment Authority (GRA), an independent economic development agency for the City of Gardner.  Six (6) manufacturing facilities ranging in size from 12,000 to 67,000 square feet have been completed and are fully operational.  Five (5) building lots totaling approximately 30 acres remain available for sale.  All utilities are underground.
 
Location: Suffolk Lane is off Pearl Street (State Route 101) at the Gardner/Ashburnham town boundary, less than one (1) mile from the intersection of State Routes 12 and 101.  The Park is approximately 3 miles from State Route 2; 14 miles west of Fitchburg/Leominster (Interstate 190); and 50 miles west of Boston.
